Paralegal Pam Burleson is a key member of the Carson Steinbauer Family Law team. She is the first person most prospective clients will interact with and the main everyday contact at the firm.
“We are both responsive to the needs of every client,” says Carson Steinbauer. “But if you need to know the answer to a question quickly, Pam is the person you want to contact, either by phone or email.”
Pam began her career in the legal field in 1993. She has worked exclusively as a family law paralegal since 1998. She began her family law career at Miller, Shelton & Pace in Dallas and worked with the same attorney for 13 years. She has been a paralegal for nearly 23 years. Pam met Carson Steinbauer when they were both employed at another Dallas family law firm approximately 12 years ago.
She supported Carson when she made the decision to form her own firm in 2016. Pam functions as what Carson calls a “super paralegal,” handling the intake of each new case, seeing each client through the process, attending to the daily needs and concerns of each client, and managing office operations.
Pam was born in Houston to a stock trader and stay-at-home mom and spent her formative years in the Humble/Kingwood area. Her family moved to Duncanville in 1981 and graduated from Duncanville High School in 1988. She attended Stephen F. Austin University.
Pam’s parents divorced in 1989, so she has first-hand knowledge of the feelings and emotions surrounding divorce and family law.
She lives in Dallas, enjoys watching all types of sports, is a music lover, likes spending time with family and friends and is especially close to her niece and nephew.
